Oversees all event administration for the prestigious annual British Horse Foundation Awards Dinner held at the Leonardo Royal City Hotel, London.
• Negotiates and secures sponsorship for new award categories
• Draws up sponsorship agreements for existing sponsors
• Manages the payments process for all sponsors
• Facilitates the branding and engraving of Awards Trophies
• Compiles invitation lists and manages invitation process
• Manages tickets sales via Ticket Tailor – an online ticketing service
• Facilitates live and silent auction items
• Liaises with guest speaker, compère and photographer
• Compiles dinner menu
• Facilitates end-to-end production of the Awards Dinner Programme
• Compiles commentary notes for compère
• Composes dinner table plan utilising spreadsheet programme
• Obtains all content for awards dinner PowerPoint presentation
• Compose pre and post Awards Dinner press releases, disseminated to all internal and external media

Developed media partnership with Redpin publishing who publish 7 regional equestrian magazines each with it’s own social media pages and websites to ensure maximum regional coverage, promoted extensively throughout national equestrian media, print and online and engaged with member bodies of the British Equestrian Federation to promote the awards. Lead administrative support and facilitated the nomination process and judging of these awards for each of the 5 categories.
Managed all aspects of the Nicola Wilson brand on an international stage through writing / distributing press releases, securing editorial and identifying feature opportunities
Coordinated comprehensive PR / communications campaigns in the run up to all major championships including and since the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Responsible for all web content management and social media marketing
The World Class Development Programme is Lottery and Exchequer funded via UK Sport, and seeks to identify and develop talented athletes who have shown the potential to reach the world stage in the three Olympic disciplines of Dressage, Eventing and Show Jumping and the Paralympic discipline of Para-Equestrian Dressage.
